F-Tools Doc is software developed by Introsys for industrial robot programmers and automotive manufacturers. Its main function is the creation of the final documentation for industrial robots in accordance with the manufacturer’s specifications and standards.

F-Tools Doc collects the necessary information from robot programs and configuration files contained in the backup files and fills in the template (Word document) provided by the manufacturers.

The final document is built according to a pre-configured template, created through the manufacturer’s requirements.

At the moment, F-Tools Doc is compatible with the files and structure applied in robot controllers:

• KUKA KR C4;
• Fanuc 30iB.

And with the specifications and programming rules:

• VASS (5 and 6) from the Volkswagen manufacturer.

F-Tools Doc can be extended, on request, to allow compatibility with programming standards from other manufacturers and robots, to include more or other external files in backups, and adaptation to new document templates.

Allows the visualization in 2D of the programmed points against the predicted points.

The following parameters are evaluated:

• Point name;
• Index Type;
• Welding Index;
• Coordinates;
• Comment;
• Thickness;
• Welding clamp program;
• Opening the welding clamp.

And with the specifications and programming rules:

F-Tools Spot can be extended on request to allow compatibility with programming standards from other manufacturers and robots, validation of different parameters.

It also allows the evaluation of several parameters:

• Contour;
• Speed;
• Trigger;
• Coordinates;
• Acceleration;
• Logic;
• Use of tools and bases.

At the moment, F-Tools RCheck is compatible with the files and structure applied in robot controllers:

• KUKA KR C4;

And with the specifications and programming rules:

• VASS (5) from the manufacturer AUDI.

F-Tools RCheck can be extended on request to allow compatibility with programming standards from other manufacturers and brands of robots, validation of different parameters and different reporting requirements.

The main functionality of this tool is to manage the use and availability of materials in different places, in real time. The software consists of a modular graphic interface, which allows for agile and customized use.

This tool also allows the export of reports (to Excel format) based on the information visible in the application, with or without the application of filters.
